2. How much does the Business Launch package cost?

The Business Launch package costs £1,495 to set up, followed by LaunchCare from £99 per month.

The launch fee covers the agreed design, setup, build, testing and handover work.

LaunchCare keeps the website and connected enquiry systems available after launch.

Any additional work—such as extra pages, copywriting, SEO, advertising, booking systems or photography—is quoted separately before it begins.

3. How long does the launch take?

Most Business Launch projects are planned over approximately four weeks, starting once the required information, content, access details and initial payment have been received.

The process is:

Week 1: Discover and plan.

Week 2: Design and prepare.

Week 3: Build and connect.

Week 4: Test, launch and hand over.

The timeline may change if information, approvals or access details are delayed.

4. What do I need to provide?

You will need to provide your business information, services, contact details, preferred wording, photographs or other images, domain access and any existing brand assets.

You do not need to know how to build a website or set up a CRM. Eaves will guide you through what is needed and provide a clear list at the start of the project.

Full copywriting, professional photography and specialist legal wording are available separately where required.

5. What happens after my business goes live?

Your launch does not simply stop when the website is published.

LaunchCare keeps your agreed website and enquiry systems available through GoHighLevel and includes:

basic support, access to your CRM and existing workflows, plus a small allowance for minor changes.

LaunchCare starts from £99 per month and has an initial minimum term.

New pages, new features, ongoing SEO, social media, advertising and larger changes are quoted separately.
